Vegetable Croquettes (Cha Soh Juhn)INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONSGrate the potato, carrots, onion & garlic in a food processor or with hand grater. Mix together. Combine eggs, water, soy sauce & salt together until thoroughly blended, then gradually fold in the flour until the mixture forms a smooth batter. Stir in the vegetable mixture until it's well blended. Heat oil in frying pan. When hot, carefully arrange the mixture in heaping TBS & fry until browned on one side. Turn & brown other side. Drain on paper towels. Dipping Sauce good with the Cha Soh Juhn: 1 TBLS soy sauce (I've omitted the sesame salt on this and added actual sesame seeds... still great!) |
