Sweet Potato Stuffing

INGREDIENTS

• 2 Tbs butter
  
• 2 cups sweet potato, shredded
  
• 1 medium onion, chopped
  
• 1 cup celery, chopped
  
• 1 large cooking apple, chopped
  
• 1 6oz pkg Pepperidge Farms stuffing cubes
  
• 1 tsp. sage
  
• 1 cup water
  

DIRECTIONS

Saute the butter, potato, onion, celery and apple. Then add the stuffing, sage & water.
