Sugar Cookies

Here's a recipe that I use. They are sooo yummy!

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup margarine
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar

DIRECTIONS

Mix sugar and margarine
Add egg and vanilla
Add dry ingredients
Mix
Refrigerate several hours
Roll out on floured board
Cut into shapes
Bake at 350 degrees 7-8 minutes
