DIRECTIONSRemove roots & separate leaves of spinach. Wash well, cook quickly in deep boiling water. Drain off water and squeeze out. Season with remaining ingredients as needed. (Note: if you boil too long, you end up with a VERY small amount of spinach! I have made this without the sesame salt and it is still great.) |
