Sour Cream Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs ground beef (or turkey)
- 8 oz. low-fat sour cream
- 1.5 oz. onion soup mix
- 1.5 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 t paprika or red pepper
- 2 T butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. milk
DIRECTIONS
Mix ground meat, sour cream, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and egg in a large bowl.
Form into balls and roll in flour/paprika mix.
Heat butter in a large skillet and brown meatballs.
Blend cream of chicken soup mix and milk together. Pour over browned meatballs.
Cover and simmer for 20 min.
Serve over rice.
