Smoked Sausage Bake

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans of sauerkraut (drained)
- 2 cups chicken broth (one can)
- 1 Lg baking potato
- 1 med yellow onion
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Meat of your choice ( I use either polish sausage or smoked sausage.)
DIRECTIONS
Shred the potato and the onion (you can use a metal
bell-shaped cheese grater or the grater of a food processor) and
mix together with the sauerkraut. Then pour chicken broth over the
mixture. Add brown sugar and salt and pepper.
Put meat on top and bake at 350 degrees for and hour and a half.
