Ricotta Cheese Pie (Sweet)

Ingredients:
1 large rigotta cheese, 2 large cream cheeses, 8 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, six tablespoonse of flour, and a teaspoon of vanilla.

Take cream cheese (must be soft), put in blender, then add eggs one at a time and then sugar, once creamed, then add flour and vanilla, put rigotta cheese in, mix on low speed.
Pour in pan, cinnamon on top, 350F for an hour or a bit longer, check.
