Reagan's Fried Rice

mmmmmmm, fried rice, my favorite!

garlic and olive oil and LOTS of ginger powder nearly caramelized in a wok
add teeny weeny diced bellpeppers and ham
saute
add lots of pepper
add peas
rice goes in the middle
eggs (precooked) go right on top
mix it, mix like crazy
and it's bee-bim-bop

(ok that book is always in my head and my baby loves to have it sung when he eats fried rice/bee-bim-bop.)
