Protein Shakes

Kai loves these! He has a shake every morning.

crush ice and about 1-2 cups skim milk in blender
Add non fat vanilla yogurt (about a cup or so)
Add 2 scoops whey protein (I get my from Sams....$30.00 for the BIG bag!)
Add 1 scoop splenda
Add two bannanas

I blend in between adding each new ingrediant

I also make one with instant coffee...just add the coffee the same time you add the protein and splenda!
