Protein 'Chunk' Bars

We call these Protein Chunks!

I got the recipe from Health magazine about two years ago.
Protein Bars

I melt I cup of natural peanut butter and 1 cup of Honey.
I mix in 2/3 cup of whey protein (we love chocolate), 1 cup of Oats & 1 cup of Rice Krispies. I will also add in about 1/4 cup each of sunflower seeds, raisins, dried cranberries & chocolate chips.
You can basically add whatever your family likes.
Spread into a 9 x 9 ( I use a 9 x 10)
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours & cut into 1 inch chunks.
I wrap them individually & keep them in the refrigerator.
