Protein Bars

Kai loves these! He has a bar for snack.
5-6 cups oatmeal (plain ole regular oatmeal)
12 oz. honey (local honey best)
1 jar natural peanut butter
2 cups whey protein
Mix together. It helps to melt the p.b and honey and slowly mix the
ingredients together. Add oatmeal last as it gets hard to stir and you
don't want to compromise the amount of protein you can fit in....but if
you can only fit in 5 cups instead of 6 cups of oatmeal that is fine.
Spread into a 13X9 pan and cut into bars. I individually wrap mine
right away and throw in the fridge.
