Put a little bit of oil in the pan. Put mustard seeds and wait
until they crackle. Add a little bit of channa dhal and urad dhal. Then
immediately add green chilis and onions and saute. You may want to take
it off the stove for a minute while you do this because the channa dhal
and urad dhal burn easily. Also add a little bit of turmeric powder.
Then you may add peas or boiled potato squares and salt. Finally add
the poha which should have been soaked in water for about 10 minutes.
