Peanut Butter Stew

I usually just add the ingredients until my slow cooker is
full so I do not have exact measurements ... the peanut butter adds a
really unique taste and everyone loves it but can't guess the secret
ingredient. It can be made the night before and needs to cook in a slow
cooker for about 8 hrs. on low. Stir a few times during the day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. stew meat (I usually cut the meat pieces smaller)
- 3-4 carrots cut into bite sized pieces
- 3-4 peeled potatos in bite-sized pieces
- 1 white onion finely chopped
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 c. red wine
- 2-3 beef boullion cubes
- 2 TBS. Worchestershire sauce
- 3-4 TB peanut butter
- 2 bay leaves (remove after cooking)
- salt and pepper to taste
**You can add more or less meat or veggies and mostly just add what you like to taste**
