Peanut Butter Bon BonsHere's the PB bon bon recipe: (makes 14 dozen) INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONSIn a large mixer bowl, beat peanut butter, margarine, vanilla and salt until fluffy, gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then confectioners' sugar until smooth. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on baking sheets. Chill until firm. With wooden toothpick, dip each into melted candy coating, not coating completely, let excess candy coating drip off. Place on wax paper lined baking sheets, let stand or chill until firm. Store covered in refrigerator. These candies freeze well. |
