Mexican 'Fudge'

Here's [another] fairly unique but delicious one. Always a rave of the party.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. grated monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup taco sauce or salsa (medium)
  • 3 eggs

DIRECTIONS

Mix cheeses together and place 1/2 into bottom of 9x12 inch pan. Mix taco sauce and eggs well. Pour on top of cheese. Top with last of the cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve on tortilla chips.
