Marshmallow & Chocolate Chip Brownies

Here's my recipe for brownies with melted marshmallows and chocolate chips.

I'm a very good baker and have alot of great recipes that I make from scratch. But I learned from my greatest teacher (my grandmother, Grace) that it's also important to have recipes that are easy and it's okay to "cheat" sometimes and improvise on a box cake!!!

INGREDIENTS

box of brownie mix (13x9 size)
12 oz bag of chocolate chips
1 bag of miniture marshmallows.
~~optional: chopped peanuts

DIRECTIONS

Prepare brownie mix as per box directions---ie, eggs, oil, water, etc. Add 1/2 bag of chocolate chips to the batter. Bake as per package directions in a 13 x 9 dish. As soon as you take it out of the oven, spread the mini marshmallows over the top of the hot brownies. Then spread the rest of the chocolate chips over the marshmallows. Cover baking dish with cookie sheet so the heat of the brownies melts the marshmallows and chocolate chips on top. You can sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top (optional).
