Mandy's Corn Chowder

  • 1 can of cream of corn soup
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of half and half
  • 4 tbsp butter (not margarine)
  • teaspoon of pepper
  • teaspoon of salt
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • Add lump crab meat or chicken for a little something extra


Heat on stove on medium heat for 15 mins, simmer for another 15 mins on low or until it is creamy.
