We had a big tupperware container of left-over spaghetti, from
the other night, when we had a family of four over for dinner.
I didn't know how much they were going to eat, so I cooked 2 pounds of
linguine. 8-O
I absolutely HATE left-over spaghetti! It just doesn't taste good to
me.
I was trying to figure out what to do with this mass of pasta, and I
decided to make a layered baked pasta thingee and, much to my surprise,
it was REALLY good!
I sprayed a 8X8 pan with olive oil spray, and pressed in a layer of
pasta. Then I added some extra sauce and a layer of sliced meatballs.
On top of that, I put some shredded mozzarella.
Then I added another layer of pasta, some extra sauce and another layer
of cheese.
I put a sheet of olive oil sprayed aluminum foil on top and baked it,
till the edges were bubbly, then I took off the foil and let the cheese
get nice and crispy on the edge.
It was SUPER yummy!
