I call this Korean BBQ.
We celebrated Lynlee's 1st b-day this weekend and my husband and I
prepared tons and tons of traditional Korean food. DELICIOUS! Okay for
our favorite and easiest of the weekend
Buy a 5 lb bag of chicken wings. You've seen the little ones , I call
Wingettes, at Walmart. The wings have already been broken apart from
the "drumette" . Excuse my terms.
Anyway abou 2 hrs. before you cook empty the bag in a big bowl marinade
in soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and brown sugar. NO need to measure
just make sure the chicken is covered with the marinade. Put in frig.
until ready to cook. Cook on hot grill for about 10-15 minutes. When
they are just about ready put in a pan and place in oven on 350 for
about 30 minutes or until done. NOw when I put then in the oven I
poured some Soy sauce on top just to keep them from drying out. OMG to
die for! Serve with rice and kimchee. YUM YUM!
So easy marinade, grill, cook and serve
The kids enjoyed them because they were bite sized and easy to handle.
By the way if you marinade much longer than 2 hrs they will not hold together when you begin to cook.
