Ham & Potato Casserole

One of my favorites [to take to a potluck] is a ham/potato casserole:

1 small ham (or turkey ham sliced thin)
5 potatoes (sliced thin)
1 onion (sliced thin)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz package of chedder cheese

Layer as follows:

onions/ham/potatoes/cheese and so on. Top with cream of mushroom soup. Set for 8 hours and done!

When I have time I will post more but I thought I would start a thread that others could contribute to!
