Green Bean Salad

I made a green bean salad last night...
Cook and drain beans, then run under cold water to cool.
Add diced tomatoes or cherry/grape tomatoes (I cut them in half)
Add thinly sliced red onion
Add a small amount of blue cheese crumbles (any cheese works)
Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss to coat.
I make my own balsamic without a recipe, but it's basically balsamic
vinegar, a splash of extra virgin olive oil, a tiny bit of sugar, some
garlic powder and cayenne pepper, and about a tablespoon of stone
ground mustard.
