INGREDIENTS
- 3lbs of sirlion of sliced ribeye
- 10 T of soy sauce
- 5 T brown sugar
- 10 T pear or onion juice
- 7 T rice wine
- 5 T chopped green onion
- 3 T crushed garlic
- 2 T toasted sesame seeds
- 2 T sesame oil
- 1/2 t black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix marinade, add meat. Marinate at least 30 min to overnight
and pan fry. Last minute add 1/2 tsp red paprika, chopped green onion,
sliced garlic, mushrooms and/or bokchoy cabbage (optional).
It tastes excellent!!!
