Elfkin's Bulgogi

  • 3lbs of sirlion of sliced ribeye
  • 10 T of soy sauce
  • 5 T brown sugar
  • 10 T pear or onion juice
  • 7 T rice wine
  • 5 T chopped green onion
  • 3 T crushed garlic
  • 2 T toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • 1/2 t black pepper


Mix marinade, add meat. Marinate at least 30 min to overnight and pan fry. Last minute add 1/2 tsp red paprika, chopped green onion, sliced garlic, mushrooms and/or bokchoy cabbage (optional).

It tastes excellent!!!
