Dijon Chicken

  • 4 Chicken breasts 
  • 2-3T dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 shallots, chopped fine
  • salt and pepper to taste in mustard mixture
  • plain bread crumbs..enough to coat 4 breasts


Mix wine, shallots and mustard together (play with amounts of wine and mustard, you need it to have a consistency that will adhere to chicken breasts. Coat with plain bread crumbs. Bake at 350 until chicken is done...test at thirty minutes. Really yummy!
