Crockpot Mac&Cheese

I do it in the crockpot . . .

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces cooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 13 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups cheese (any combination - I use 1 1/2 cups cheddar and 1 1/2 cups velveeta.)
  • 2 Tablespoons butter

DIRECTIONS

Toss macaroni in oil. Then stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 2-3 hours. YUMMY!!!
