I do it in the crockpot . . .
- 8 ounces cooked elbow macaroni
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 13 ounce can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups cheese (any combination - I use 1 1/2 cups cheddar and 1 1/2 cups velveeta.)
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Toss macaroni in oil. Then stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 2-3 hours. YUMMY!!!
