Creamy Chicken Casserole
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup (I use chicken)
- 1 C. water
- 3/4 C. uncooked regular white rice
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast
In 2 qt. shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika,
and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional
pepper and paprika.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
