Creamy Bacon-Wrapped Chicken w/ Buddig Beef
Okay so this is one of my family's favorites!
- Chicken (boneless)
- Buddig brand beef (thin-sliced packaged beef)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream of mushroom soup
Cover bottom of casserole dish with slices of Buddig beef.
Roll up chicken with piece of bacon (secure with toothpick) and place on top of beef slices.
Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup and pour over the chicken. That's it!
Cook uncovered for 3 hours....I think the degrees is 250...
