- 2 blocks cream cheese
- 1 package of Laughing Cow French Onion flavored cheese (the
kind that comes in a round container with wedges of cheese individually
- 1 jar cocktail sauce
- 1/2 lb. lump crab meat
- 2-3 boxes of phyllo shells (premade Athens mini phyllo cups are the ones I use)
In a mixer with the wisk attachment blend together the cream
cheese and the Laughing cow cheese. Once blended, put the cheese
mixture in a gallon size baggie and set aside.
Cut a small opening in a corner of the bag and pipe some of the cheese
mixture into each phyllo. Top with a dollop of cocktail sauce and then
a piece of crab meat.
