Chicken n Stuffing

1 box stove top
1 pound chicken breasts
1t canoloa oil
1/4t salt
1/4 pepper
8 oz swiss cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 can cream of chick
1/4c water

Prepare box of fake stuffing, put in greased 13x9 baker dish.
Brown chicken in oil, sprinkle w/ s+p
Place chicken on top of stuffing, top chicken w/ cheese, drizzle w/ melted butter
Mix soup and water, pour over all.

Cover w/ foil bake 350 40 minutes.
Uncover bake 10-15 minute more.

(this isn't too bad...if you like stuffing from a box. ;-) )
