DIRECTIONSCook the chicken in the 8 c of water for approximately 30
minutes. Remove the chicken and cut into bit size pieces. Add the diced
chicken and all other ingredients except the cheese to the water and
cook for 45 minutes. After the vegetables and potatoes are tender add
the cheese. Stir occassionally until cheese is melted. Once cheese is
added do not allow the soup to boil. |
