Cathy's Pasta SaladI make a pasta salad that can really be a quick summertime
meal....I cook a bag of tri-colored pasta according to package
directions. I drain the pasta and add ice cubes to the collander so
it's not so hot to the touch...In a big mixing bowl, I add the pasta,
cheese cubes, a couple of cans of drained/rinsed kidney beans, sliced
black olives, chopped up onions, cubed ham, a can of green beans, a can
of corn, 1 small bottle of salad dressing (Lite vinegar and oil is what
we use) and whatever else I feel like throwing in. It tastes better
chilled, but Andrew LOVES it... |
