Do you know about cake balls?
I know that may sound a little obscene, but, you really SHOULD know about cake balls!
Cake balls are just scrunched up cake, mixed with frosting, rolled into balls and dipped in melted chocolate.
Let me tell you, they are seriously YUM! They don't sound YUM, but they are. Seriously YUM!
You know what...even you non-bakers can make these!
You can use a cake mix...heck, you can even use a store-bought pound cake and a can of frosting!
Take two 9" cake layers, crumble it up. Squish it together with 2c. of frosting, roll it into balls, dunk it in candy melts and let it harden.

You can wrap them up in cellophane bags and give them as presents.
You know my tendency to gild the lily, well, I made cake ball snowmen.  [Jacqueline adds~~If you didn't see a picture of her adorable cake ball snowmen they were simply adorable!!]
