INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound pepperoni
  • 2-3 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 can plain tomato sauce

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare pasta as directed on box. Fry pepperoni in skillet and drain fat (you can use turkey pepperoni for a healthier alternative). Mix together pasta, pepperoni, most of the cheese, and the tomato sauce; put in oven-safe pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of mixture. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

**You can get creative with the recipe and use spiced tomato sauce, add other veggies (like zuccini and chunk tomatoes), or add your own spices.
