Breakfast Porridge

Here's a great morning porridge recipe:

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup barley
  • 1/2 cup raisins (we like the golden ones)
  • 5 cups apple juice

DIRECTIONS

Put everything in the crock pot before going to bed. In the morning, serve with honey and milk or cream (we like fat free 1/2 and 1/2.) YUMMY!
