Breakfast Dish

Here is one I made up.
2 loaves of cinnamon bread diced
4 eggs
3 cups of milk
1/2 cup butter
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unspiced pumpkin
ground cloves, nutmeg and ginger to taste. You may also want to add a
little cinnamon depending on how cinnamon-y the bread already is.
Put butter in milk and heat until the butter melts. Meanwhile, mix
eggs, pumpkin, sugar and spices. Toss bread in egg mixture and add milk
mixture. Pour all in 9x13 dish and bake at 350 for about 45-50 minutes.
