Barbara’s Flourless Chocolate Cake

My mom makes the best flourless chocolate cake!

Here it is:

Barbara’s Flourless Chocolate Cake

Beat 6 eggs w/ ½ Cup Sugar until tripled.

Melt 14 oz. Semi-sweet Chocolate, 2 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate, ¼ Cup of Coffee, and ¼ Cup of Triple Sec.

Beat 1 cup Heavy Cream w/ Vanilla Extract

Add Chocolate to eggs, then add the Cream

Bake in 10 Cup Springform pan in water bath at 350 degrees for 50 mins to an hour. Be careful not to overbake.
