Bacon-wrapped Cocktail Weiners
We call these "heart attack on a toothpick" (you can actually
FEEL your arteries hardening as you eat them! ;-) but they are SOOOOO
yummy -- and easy!
Wrap one cocktail weiner in half a strip of bacon. Usually, one 1-lb.
package of bacon (do NOT use thick cut -- just regular) cut in half
will wrap one package of cocktail weiners. Line them all up in a baking
dish. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for
approximately 20 - 30 minutes or until the brown sugar is melted and
bubbling. Stick in a pick and enjoy!!!!
We make these twice a year and they are an absolute favorite with all family and friends.
