DIRECTIONSCut the chicken into strips. Dip in the wet mix and then the
dry mix to coat. Fry with 2-3 T oil until golden brown. Pour the
Apricot sauce over all. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover pan. Cook
until chicken is fully cooked (approx. 10 min?). |
